Buccaneers 1987-1992. Wore number 89 (1987) and 88 (1988-92). The leading receiver in Buccaneer history with 321 catches for 5,018 yards (15.6 yard average). Third in touchdown receptions with 27. Third in career scoring with 162 points. 5,018 yards from scrimmage and all-purpose yards were second best in team history. He has five 125+ yard receiving games as a Buc. When he retired he was the career receiving leader for both the Buccaneers and the Panthers. Finished his NFL career with 659 catches for 8,763 yards and 48 touchdowns. Lead Bucs in receiving in 1988, 1990 and 1989 when he caught 86 passes for 1,422 yards and 9 touchdowns. 212 receiving yards against the Saints (12/6/87) is a Buc record and his 164 yards versus the Bears (11/19/89) was the fifth most. His 78 yard TD catch from Vinny Testeverde (11/19/89) was 4th longest for a Buc. Named to 1987 All-Rookie team. Named to 1989 Pro-Bowl.
