Played in 183 games with 183 starts, both Bucs' records. Started every game of his career except 5 games due to a holdout in 1993 and 4 games due to injury (1 in 1993 and 3 in 1996). Received no holding penalties despite playing every snap from center in 1989 (1,025 consecutive plays). Maintained a 35 game no-holding penalty streak (10/16/88 to 11/11/90). Started 4,863 consecutive snaps (more than 5 entire seasons from 1988 to 1993). Gave up only one sack and had one holding penalty in all of 1994. Played every single snap in 1995.

Named All-Rookie in 1988. Named All-Pro in 1989 and 1992. Named All-NFC and second team All-Pro in 1990. Named team MVP in 1992 and 1994.
