Drafted in the 4th round by the Buccaneers in the 1990 draft. Wore #61.

Played in 160 career games and started 145 for the Buccaneers, both team records at the time of his retirement. During his 10 years as a Buccaneer, he never missed a game, and he started every contest from 1991-'99.

Became the first Buccaneer offensive lineman ever selected for the Pro Bowl in 1997. Was also selected in 1998 and 1999. In 1997, Mayberry was chosen as the Bucs' MVP by the Tampa Sports Club.
